Brentwood's Orchestras for Young Musicians

WHO WE ARE

We are an independent charity who run 5 orchestras for young people aged 5-18: Brentwood Junior String Orchestra, Brentwood Junior Wind Band, Phoenix Flames Orchestra, Phoenix youth Orchestra, and Jazz Band.

Our musical activities are funded from members fees and  fundraising. We are also supported by The Jack Petchey Foundation.

We rehearse weekly and put on concerts about once per term.

We aim to have fun making music together and to give our members an opportunity to develop their orchestral musicianship skills.  We encourage a love of music and many members have forged long lasting friendships.
